Find the leaks in your landing page. Then ship the fix.

I'm Ray. Send me your landing page and I'll tell you, in writing, the 3 things costing you signups and what to fix first. Then I can build the fix in React or Blazor.

Services

Two ways I can help: a clear diagnosis, or the build itself.

Start with an audit. If you want the fixes built, I can do that in your stack.

Landing-page & UX audits

A written teardown of one page: what's costing you signups, ranked by impact, and what to fix first.

  • Conversion leaks ranked by impact, each with evidence from your live page
  • One “fix this first” call, so you know where to start
  • 3–5 concrete recommendations, with copy you can paste

Example audit

This is what you get back.

Here's an example audit of a fictional SaaS landing page, in the same format as a real one: findings ranked by impact, where each one is on the page, and what to fix first. There's no call and no login: you send a URL and get this in writing.

Landing-page audit

Example audit · Fictional B2B SaaS

Summary2 HIGH1 MED1 FIX FIRST3 findings: 2 high impact, 1 medium impact, and one fix to make first.

Conversion · 2

  1. HIGH impactWhere: Hero button

Finding 1: The button promises a result. The next step is an account and a card.

Every primary button describes the outcome, but it leads to a signup form with a payment step. A first-time visitor expects the result, not a form.

  2. HIGH impactWhere: Page bottom

Finding 2: The easiest action sits at the very bottom.

The page's only input, “type your domain”, comes after pricing and the FAQ. Visitors who stop scrolling earlier never see it.

Copy · 1

  1. MED impactWhere: Link preview

Finding 3: The link preview and the page disagree about “free”.

The social preview says no card is needed. The hero says a card is required.

FIX THIS FIRSTWhere: Hero

Move the input into the hero and show a free preview before asking for an account.

Example only: a fictional product, written in the same format as a real audit.

How it works

From URL to fix in three steps.

  1. Send your URL

Paste your landing page link and tell me who it's for. No call needed.

  2. Get the teardown

A written audit: leaks ranked by impact, what to fix first, and recommendations. Free and paid audits both arrive within 3 business days.

  3. Fix it, or have me build it

Make the changes yourself, or hire me to ship them in Blazor or React. Book a build within 30 days and the $149 audit is credited.

About

Hi, I'm Ray.

I've spent about 10 years building enterprise software as a full-stack developer, and I lead UI/UX design, so my work goes from Figma to code without a handoff gap.

Most of what I build is in Blazor, C# and MudBlazor, and the rest is in React, TypeScript and Tailwind. El Rey Studios is just me: one person in Florida, working with clients anywhere.

FAQ

Questions before you send a URL.

How is this different from Lighthouse or an AI audit tool?

Lighthouse and AI tools run automated checks. This is a real human review by me, Raymond Smith. A free audit covers your top 3 problems and what to fix first.

Will you post my site publicly?

No. I won't post your site or your findings publicly unless you say yes.

How do I pay for the $149 full audit?

I'll email you to confirm scope. You pay after you see the audit, through a secure Stripe payment link.

How long does an audit take?

Free and paid audits both arrive within 3 business days.

What's the difference between the free audit and the $149 one?

A free audit covers your top 3 problems and what to fix first. The $149 full audit adds 3–5 concrete recommendations, checked on mobile and desktop. I'll email you to confirm scope. You pay after you see the audit.

Can you build the fixes too?

Yes. I'm Raymond Smith, and I build in React and Blazor. Builds start from $750.
